We discuss the GSP title defense fight as well as the HW fight that could be called the worst co-main event in UFC history! (That’s what people are saying) Our first guest this week is training… partner and roommate to Anthony Pettis, yeah we got one of the coolest dudes in the sport Erik Koch to stop by the shop to chop it up! Erik is one of the fighters making the move to the UFC that you should keep an eye on. Erik holds a record of 11-1 and is coming off of KO of the night honors. Erik talked to us about trining with Duke’s crew and some of the craziness that goes on with that group of guys as well as living with Anthony. Erik also talks about his freakishly love for food, ha-ha.. We also get Koch to agree to let us film his attempt at the 7 lb burrito at the Nascar Cafe during New Years. (don’t worry we will get film) Our last guest Nam Phan is no stranger to the show. We had to bring on our friend and boy, after he got robbed of his first UFC win. The judges either had to be blind, related to Garcia, or hate Vietnamese people. Nam talks to us about the show being over, his coach’s fight, being a fighter in the UFC, still getting his win bonus from Dana after the fight, and much more. Big thanks to Nam Phan for being our go to man all season and best of luck to him in his career inside the UFC! And wait till you hear who Nam thinks would be a good fight for him!
